The 2019 Elite National Premier League (ENPL) National Playoff will be held June 28-July 2 at Mercyhealth Sportscore Two in Rockford, Ill., as the postseason platform debuts a new structure. The impressive complex – featuring 29 fields and an indoor sports center – has been awarded hosting privileges.
In 2018, the ENPL postseason was held in two locations on the East and West Coasts. New in 2019, the ENPL National Playoff will feature qualifying 14-U through 19-U boys teams in one location and will welcome teams from all NPLs and Boys ECNL Conferences. The new format provides a pathway for all member teams to compete for national championships on the field.
For 14-U through 17-U teams, this tournament is the first of a two-stage postseason with top teams advancing to the 2019 ENPL National Finals (July 11-15 in Commerce City, Colorado): top four from 14-U bracket and top eight of each 15-U, 16-U and 17-U divisions. For 19-U teams, the 2019 ENPL National Playoff is a single-stage postseason with one national championship being awarded in Illinois.
Postseason graphics for the 14-U, 15-U through 17-U and 19-U tournaments are available via the links below. Additional graphics and coverage are coming soon.

Teams interested in scheduling training time at the facility prior to the competition must make requests through US Club Soccer. Training will be limited to one hour sessions on artificial turf, and time slots will be filled first-come first-served. To request a training time, please email Alexandra Rieben at firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE: Games on the final day will be held at either 9 a.m. or 11 a.m. local time.
Hotel rooms for all ENPL postseason events, including the ENPL National Playoff, ENPL National Finals (specific info here) and ENPL 19-U National Finals, must be booked through Tournament Housing Services (THS), the Official Travel Partner of US Club Soccer. Teams that fail to comply with this policy are subject to disciplinary measures.
Hotel options in the Rockford area are limited. There are few hotels in close proximity to the facility and a majority of hotels will be a 30-60 minute drive. We want to prepare teams accordingly and ensure all teams, despite qualification date, have an opportunity to book some of the closer inventory. With this in mind, we will have three (3) release dates for hotel inventory. Each release date will include inventory varying in distance to the facility. Teams are not restricted to a specific release date. We understand teams will be coming from all over the country to compete and want to present a clear picture of the hotel situation.
For participants: 15-U through 19-U age groups are required to have their online scouting profiles completed with our college recruitment partner, www.scoutingzone.com. Team manager instructions for creating a team profile can be found here. Instructions will also be emailed to managers upon qualification. Teams that already have profiles set in SCOUTINGZONE only need to make sure player rosters and profiles are updated. Contact SCOUTINGZONE for more information: email@example.com.
For college coaches: Please log in or create a free account to register to attend.
The 2019 ENPL National Playoff will offer Trace Soccer's video and player performance technology. Trace uses an automated camera from an elevated height to provide the optimal view for players, coaches and recruiters. In addition to game film, teams will receive automated player moments and individual player stats which can easily be shared with friends and family. Game Film Packages must be pre-booked, and all bookings will close one week prior to event. Click here to see all of the Trace packages.
Trace services are limited. If you wish to have Trace film your games, please book online by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or call (888) 568-3264.
